Phantasy Tattoos was established in February, 1986 in San Antonio, Texas, making Phantasy Tattoos San Antonio's second oldest continuously operating tattoo studio.

The emphasis of this studio has always been on quality at competitive prices, regardless of the size or the complexity of the work you choose.

First established off Eisenhauer Road in San Antonio, Snapper split his time between his shop and motorcycle rallies and tattoo shows across the country.

In 1990, Phantasy Tattoos got a sister shop in Miami, Florida- Moon over Miami Tattoos.  For the next five years, Snapper split his time between the two locations.

In 1995, Snapper left the Florida location, and moved Phantasy Tattoos to its current location on Perrin Beitel Road, where the studio has been for a decade.
